We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or transaction data to third parties.

Data Protection & Third-Party Processors

We process form submissions via secure form processors (Formspree) and Google Workspace infrastructure. Information is retained only as needed for transaction archival and administrative compliance.

2. Terms of Service & Agency Operations

Scope of Service

TC Synergy Co. provides administrative contract-to-close coordination. Our duties include deadline tracking, disclosure assembly, document auditing, and multi-party communication. Client agents and brokerages retain full responsibility for contract negotiation, legal advice, fiduciary representation, and final document approval.

Licensing & Compliance Clause

TC Synergy Co. operates under nationwide independent master service agreements. Where state-specific real estate rules require licensed activities or designated broker oversight (including California operations), services are conducted in compliance with applicable broker-supervised transaction coordination protocols.

Agent Responsibilities & Hold Harmless

Client agents warrant that all contracts, disclosures, and property details submitted to TC Synergy Co. are accurate and complete. Agents remain the primary licensee of record for the deal. Client agents agree to hold harmless TC Synergy Co. LLC and its operators from claims arising from agent omissions, contract misrepresentations, or third-party delays beyond our direct control.

Fee Structure & Closing Payments

Single transaction coordination fees ($350–$650 depending on jurisdiction) are due upon successful closing of escrow and disbursed via commission instructions. Cancelled files incur no fee unless otherwise stipulated in a team retainer agreement.
